These terms govern your use of Vonk, the accounts we provide, the listings published on the platform, and the paid plans sold to employers and agencies.

2. These terms
By creating a Vonk account or using the platform you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. What Vonk does
Vonk is a marketplace that helps work seekers and organisations find each other. Vonk is not an employer, employment agent of record, or party to any employment contract concluded between users, unless separately agreed in writing.

4. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information about yourself or your organisation.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account.
- Administrator accounts must use multi-factor authentication where Vonk requires it.

5. Work seekers never pay
Free for work seekers, always. No person may be charged a fee to apply for, be considered for, or be placed in work through Vonk. Report any request for payment immediately.

6. Employer and agency obligations
- Listings must be genuine, lawful, non-discriminatory and accurate.
- You may only use candidate information for the recruitment purpose for which it was shared.
- You must comply with POPIA in respect of any personal information you receive through Vonk.

7. Subscriptions, pricing and billing
Paid plans are sold to employers and agencies. Prices are shown on our plans page in South African Rand, are set by Vonk, and are charged through our payment provider PayFast. Entitlements activate only once PayFast confirms payment.

8. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant Vonk the permissions needed to host, display and transmit your content for the purpose of operating the platform, including showing a public CV or listing where you have chosen to make one public.

9. Safety, screening and moderation
