Browsing, matching, messaging, applying and generating your Vonk CV are free and always will be. There is no trial, no time limit and no "unlock to apply". South Africa's Employment Services Act 4 of 2014 makes it illegal to charge a work seeker for placement — and we think charging desperate people is indefensible anyway.
If anyone on Vonk asks you for money, banking details or an upfront "registration fee", report them. We review every report by hand.

- A conversation only opens when both sides agree
- Documents are stored temporarily in protected Vonk storage until they are collected once or expire after 24 hours. They are then removed, subject to limited backup, security, and legal retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
